Scope of Coverage

This insurance policy covers losses resulting from physical damage to, or theft of, your NFTs while they are in your possession. It does not cover losses resulting from market fluctuations or other economic factors.

Exclusions

This insurance policy does not cover losses resulting from the following:

• Intentional damage or theft by the policyholder or anyone acting on the policyholder's behalf
• Losses resulting from a failure to properly store or secure the NFTs
• Losses resulting from the policyholder's failure to follow the terms and conditions of the insurance policy

Limits of Liability

The maximum amount of coverage under this policy is $XXX. Any loss exceeding this amount will not be covered.

Submitting a Claim

In the event of a loss, the policyholder must notify the insurance company within XXX days of the loss occurring and provide documentation of the loss, including a police report if the loss was due to theft. The insurance company will then review the claim and determine whether it is covered under the terms of the policy.

Changes to the Policy

The insurance company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this policy at any time. The policyholder will be notified of any changes in writing.

Governing Law

This policy and any disputes arising from it will be governed by the laws of the state of XXX.

Severability

If any part of this policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will still be in effect.

Entire Agreement

This policy constitutes the entire agreement between the policyholder and the insurance company. It supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
